If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it.
If the order has not yet been delivered, you may also refuse acceptance of the delivery from the driver and your order will automatically be returned to us.
We are unable to replace bottles which have been opened since you received them unless the product is faulty e.g. corked wine. If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will arrange to send you a replacement. If you open your order to find the product(s) are faulty or misdescribed, please return the product to us and we will replace it.
SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?
If your bottle is faulty or damaged, let us know at email@example.com and we’ll send you another bottle.
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. We are unable to replace bottles which have been opened since you received them unless the product is faulty e.g. corked wine.
